Good Shepherd Community Strategic Planning Survey

Good Shepherd launched a comprehensive strategic-planning process.  A committee of your fellow parishioners, school parents, and staff – inclusive of our four communities: Good Shepherd-Windsor; Good Shepherd Episcopal School; The Hill; and Hillside Early Childhood Center – hired AM Associates to facilitate this important endeavor.  Our consultancy’s principals, Ara Merjanian and Rose Hayden, have already been hard at work, learning who we are and exploring the ins and outs of our several organizations.

Now, we need your reflections, your hopes, and your participation!  We hope to collect ideas about what matters most to you: What keeps you coming back to Good Shepherd and to The Hill, and what keeps you home some Sundays?  What do our early-childhood programs do best?  What should change?  In any of our communities, what should never change?

Finally, a community-wide survey has now launched.  We hope every member of your household will participate, including teenaged children.  We have set a goal of 500 respondents, and we will keep you updated on our progress toward that benchmark.  (Please know that accommodations are available for those without access to the internet, or those who prefer a paper survey.)  The survey will close on Sunday, October 6.

Feedback Forums

Please see below the first opportunities for you to become a part of this process and to have your voice heard:

 At Windsor:

• Sunday, September 9: Orientation & Overview (9:30-10:20a & 11:50a-12:30p)

Sunday, September 16: Feedback Forums & Brunch (9:15*-10:20a & 11:50a-1:00p)

 At The Hill:

We look forward to hearing from you and seeing you this fall!
